I weighed myself today. i've lost 3.5 lbs in the last two weeks. Actually more than I expected since I didn't get to work out that much. that brings the total to 22. nearly halfway to my new year's goal and still 2 and half months left to go. it's totally doable. i'm going to be a lazy slut and make this short. Exercise 3mi/60 minutes Food 1 bowl cereal 250 cals another bowl for lunch 250 cals Meatloaf 332 cals corn 70 cals Baked beans 250 cals lite popcorn 200 cals coconut yoplait yogart 190 cals total 1542 cals I got some more SF today to replace the cereal. and weight watcher meals are on sale this week. thank god.
