So I went to Weight Watchers tonight for my first official weigh-in since rejoining. Honestly I didn't know what to expect. I had worked out almost every day last week and ate really well with two big exceptions. First, I had a meal from a Japanese grill place that I knew wasn't that great for me but figured it couldn't be that terrible either. Than I had a barbeque yesterday and had both a hamburger and a bratwurst. Yeah, that was bad. Anyway, I was hoping that I had done enough to lose at least a few pounds. But apparently not enough. I lost 1.5, which any progress is good--but that's not enough weight lost to know that I really did lose weight. I mean, I could take off my watch or wear a heavy piece of clothing and change my weight by that much. I was kind of upset, but knew why that had happened. I'm not going to dwell on it too much and just focus on the week ahead. You know what's funny? Normally the days/weeks go by really fast for me. But this past week where I was counting points and working out was insanely slow. I guess time really is relative.
