Today was pretty uneventful. I didn't go home as planned, but i did get some walking in today. But i'm going back tomorrow morning, so everything will go back to normal then. I ate pretty well today except for one "minor" incident. My sister wanted to go to Krispy Kreme today for coffee and she dragged me with her. I totally didn't want to go, but I felt obligated. I don't care who you are...nobody wants to go into a KK alone. I swear that stuff's like crack...why do you think they give that one free doughnut..to get you hooked on their junk
