Wow. Thought I wasn't doing too bad on updating, but it's been almost a week. Today was pretty good. I was watching Flab to Fab on VH1 this afternoon and got all pumped up. For some reason I thought I had enough energy to do a double circuit on my workout video. So yeah...my body basically told me to go to hell. I did manage to complete the first 45 minute circuit. Snacking was a little out of control tonight. It was all diety food, but I still had way too much. I got invited to a friend from HS's college graduation party this weekend. It was kind of random actually, but I looked at the email list and there are TONS of people that I haven't seen since graduation. Damn, I wish there was some way to lose 20lbs in a week. I would commit unspeakable acts to be a couple sizes smaller by then. I shouldn't be a greedy ho though, i've already lost more than 50. It's just that most of that weight was gained in college anyway, so I'm back to where I started with these people. Food 1 apple 50 cals pinapple 100 cals Smart Ones 290 cals Rice and veggies 150 cals Lean Cuisine 350 cals Baked Lays 250 cals Imatation crab 250 cals 2 fat free ice cream cones....240 cals total 1680.
